Booking and cancellation terms
These are the terms for rooms at the Chalets and for tables and beach beds at the Beach Club. Surf sessions are covered by Perfect Wave's own terms.
Confirmation
A reservation exists once the reservations team has confirmed it by email. A request, a WhatsApp message or a form submission is not a confirmation. A room is held only once the reservations team confirms it.
Deposits
Where a deposit is required, the amount and the way to pay it are stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and change terms are stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation, and those are the terms that apply to that reservation. To cancel or change, reply to your confirmation email.
Beach Club reservations
Tables and beach beds are reserved for the date and time confirmed. If you are staying at the Chalets, your beach beds are part of your stay and are not charged separately.
Surf with Perfect Wave
Surf coaching, guiding and board hire are sold by Perfect Wave under their own terms, including payment, waivers and cancellation. Surf and Stay packages arranged by Surf Club Midigama are confirmed by email with their terms stated in the confirmation.
